Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician at 1454 Kearney Rd, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024. No automotive experience is required as we provide award-winning training to help you perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and battery/light/wiper inspections.

Qualifications

• From day one you’ll receive hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude are essential.
• You should be comfortable standing for long periods and learning new procedures.
• Ability to read training materials and follow safety procedures is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance services.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, and inspect lights and wipers.
• Assist customers with service questions and communicate maintenance needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow shop standards.
