Job summary

XPEL Canada is seeking an Application Specialist I to perform entry-level installation services, including window tints, ceramic coatings, and paint protection films. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic XPEL environment, helping develop technical skills while upholding XPEL’s industry-leading standards.

You will support daily operations, collaborate with team members, and contribute to a safe, high-performance work environment with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or local equivalent.
• 18+ years old with 2 years of driving experience.
• 6 months in application of automotive protective products (XPEL Preferred)
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and keen attention to detail.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must meet insurability requirements under the company’s motor vehicle insurance policy.
• Certifications in tinting or ceramic coatings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install XPEL products (one or more) on entry level jobs as defined difficulty rating/management.
• Work with other senior level installers to increase capabilities and skillset.
• Ensure all installations are completed to XPEL’s quality benchmarks by performing initial inspections and making minor adjustments for a flawless finish.
• Follow all XPEL safety guidelines and participate in ongoing XPEL training to expand installation skills and product knowledge.
• Communicate effectively with XPEL team members to ensure efficiency is maintained.
• Other duties as assigned.
