Maher Duessel is seeking entry-level Staff Auditors to join our team in January 2027 and July 2027. A Staff Auditor performs the detailed work of a financial statement audit under supervision, with limited out-of-town travel and a strong emphasis on work-life balance.

Successful candidates will gain experience auditing governmental and non-profit clients, with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to advance toward CPA licensure within a supportive regional firm.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting, with coursework to qualify for CPA licensure
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to teamwork and client service
• Integrity in the professional environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Willingness to travel and flexible hours as needed
• Reliable transportation

Responsabilités

• Interact with clients and firm staff with a strong work ethic

• Work toward passing the CPA exam
