The role involves installing and de-installing AV products, configuring endpoints, performing room audits, and ensuring systems are ready for use after installation.

The position requires basic tools, OSHA-10 certification, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to read blueprints. Strong safety awareness and on-site communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to terminate and test category cable and fiber optic cable.
• Basic knowledge of low voltage principles.
• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, line diagrams and specifications.
• Ability to communicate adequately with customer representatives in the field.
• Ability and willingness to mentor Installers and junior Technicians.

Responsibilities

• Install and de-install AV products at client sites.
• Configure endpoints and infrastructure.
• Prepare room audits for optimal tech performance.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and rooms.
• Travel to customer sites as required.
