Job summary

EisnerAmper in Atlanta is seeking entry-level Assurance professionals for Summer/Fall 2027. You will prepare engagement letters, confirmations, and assist with audits, leveraging the firm's collaborative culture.

You should have a Bachelor's or Master's in accounting, up to 2 years public accounting, and be legally eligible to work in the U.S. This role offers in-office work and opportunities to grow toward CPA licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in accounting or equivalent program from an accredited college or university.
• 0-2 years public accounting experience
• In-office requirements
• Must be able to reliably commute to assigned office location and client sites
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Responsibilities

• Prepare Engagement Letters for review
• Prepare confirmations for review (includes debt, syndicators, etc.)
• Perform compliance testing (HUD, RD, NFP)
• Prepare files for audit (Bring in TBs, GLs, bank statements, other supporting docs)
• Make financial statement changes / prepare drafts and AJEs, RJEs, ATBs / prepare final financials
• Prepare lockdowns
• Roll forward audit binders / prep workpapers for interim procedures
• Update fixed asset software as needed
• Prepare audits primarily that are "old & cold jobs"
• Prepare financial statements
