Rovisys-Building-Technologies is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Peachtree City, GA to support building automation projects. This entry-level role focuses on administration, procurement, scheduling, and coordination of subcontractors, with growth potential in a fast-paced technical environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 1–3 years of experience. Travel to job sites is expected; MS Office and project tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of construction or building automation experience preferred (internships or co-op welcome).
• Familiarity with drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Basic understanding of scheduling, budgeting, procurement.
• OSHA 10 or 30 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of building automation projects under PM guidance.
• Support procurement activities, tracking orders and coordinating deliveries.
• Organize and maintain project documentation including drawings and logs.
• Attend site meetings, document field observations, follow up on actions.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to support execution.
• Monitor progress and provide schedule updates from subcontractors.
• Assist with system checkouts and commissioning support.
• Track project costs, change orders, and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Participate in project closeout, punch lists, and O&M manuals.
• Identify risks and escalation items to the Project Manager.
• Support client communication and status reporting.
