Brooks Law Group in Winter Haven, FL is seeking an entry-level Personal Injury Attorney for an onsite, full-time position. You will gain hands‑on experience in depositions, mediations, and hearings while working with senior attorneys to advocate for clients.

Responsibilities include client interviews, drafting pleadings, and negotiating settlements, with a strong emphasis on compassion and effective advocacy in a purpose‑driven firm that serves the community.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases with the guidance of senior attorneys.
• Conduct client interviews, evaluate claims, and provide compassionate legal counsel.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and correspondence with precision and professionalism.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance adjusters.
• Participate in depositions, mediations, and hearings as part of your professional development.
• Negotiate settlements that protect and empower clients.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely case progress.
• Maintain organized case files and uphold firm standards of excellence.
