Job summary

The Nunez Law Firm in Orlando seeks an Associate Attorney to join our team and help deliver compassionate advocacy to individuals in need.

You will work directly with the Managing Attorney and senior members, gaining ongoing training, guidance, and feedback in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year personal injury experience.
• Previous litigation experience.
• Proficiency with Florida E-Portal (e-filing, motions, discovery).

Responsibilities

• Attend Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) with clients
• Conduct recorded statements via phone
• Draft and file litigation documents using Florida’s E-Portal
• Schedule and coordinate mediations, depositions, and court hearings
• Manage discovery and respond to motions
• Maintain frequent and empathetic communication with clients
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to manage a growing caseload

We are currently looking for an Associate Attorney to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality legal services to individuals in need.

This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to build a rewarding legal career with the support of experienced leadership. You will work directly with our Managing Attorney and senior team members who are available to provide ongoing training, guidance, and feedback.

What You’ll Do:

As an Associate Attorney at The Nunez Law Firm, you will play a vital role in advocating for our clients throughout the legal process. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Attending Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) with clients
• Conducting recorded statements via phone
• Drafting and electronically filing litigation documents using Florida’s E-Portal
• Scheduling and coordinating mediations, depositions, and court hearings
• Managing discovery and responding to motions
• Maintaining frequent and empathetic communication with clients
• Collaborating with other attorneys and support staff to manage a growing caseload efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Active membership in the Florida Bar and in good standing (required)
• At least one year of personal injury experience (preferred)
• Previous litigation experience (preferred)
• Proficiency with Florida’s E-Portal, including e-filing, drafting motions, and answering discovery
• Ability to handle a caseload independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $125,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts
• This is an in-person role based out of our Orlando office
