Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or equivalent.
• Two years of responsible clerical, administrative support, records management, title, escrow, legal, real estate, appraisal, assessment, recording, or related experience.
• Completion of an Associate degree or equivalent coursework in one of the listed fields.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of technical duties related to processing of legal documents, assessment records, ownership transfers, and exemptions.
• Exercise judgment in applying established laws, regulations, policies, and procedures while learning more complex assignments.
