Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Broken Arrow, OK is seeking an entry-level Assembler I to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble parts under direct supervision, follow work instructions, and help meet daily output while adhering to safety and quality standards.

You will use hand and power tools, inspect your work for quality, and contribute to a clean, organized work area following 6S/Lean practices. This role develops across Hubbell's electrical and utility solutions portfolio.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components following work instructions and supervision.
• Perform basic assembly tasks using hand and power tools.
• Inspect own work for basic quality standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work area (6S/Lean practices).
• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
• Move materials within the work area as needed.
• Support team production goals and daily output requirements.
