Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (required).

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Read, use, and understand measuring devices.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
  • Understanding measurements with standard and metric tools.
  • Proficiency with common hand tools.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble lead wires and terminals per production spec sheets.
  • Work independently or with others to maximize productivity.
  • Identify lead wire and terminal types and install per spec.
  • Ensure products meet high quality standards.
  • Follow safety rules and ISO requirements.
  • Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow OSHA guidelines.
  • Operate hoist safely and correctly.
