Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 30+ days of experience working onsite at a Carrier facility.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing assembly.
• 1+ year experience reading blueprints, standard work instructions, BOMs, and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate power tools to assemble parts and meet quality standards.
• Follow prescribed procedures in product assembly and testing.
• Assemble components on time and to quality specifications.
• Identify improvement areas and communicate changes to implement them.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation and assist with department housekeeping.
• Demonstrate high productivity, quality and safety.
• Willingness to learn multiple stations within the department.
• Overtime and weekend hours may be assigned.
