No prior assembly experience is required; classroom and on-the-job training are provided. You must be able to sit or stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs, and pass pre-employment screenings for background, drug, and medical

• Willingness to sit or stand for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Work as a team, following work instructions to build Caterpillar machines.
• Collaborate with support teams to make continuous improvements to our assembly process.
• Utilize assembly tools and lifting devices to make the work easier and safer
• Own the work you do, actively seeking to learn and improve to ensure the highest level of adherence to safety and quality
