Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiar with Excel.
• Read and understand blueprints/drawings.
• Good organizational skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to use hands, bend and manipulate fingers and repeatedly twist wrists.
• Communicate effectively. Ability to Read, Write and Speak English.
• Experience with equipment such as air and power tools, rulers, tape measures and gages.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts per Cell Lead instructions.
• Effectively monitor production equipment.
• Read and understand bill of materials, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
• Communicate discrepancies to Cell Lead.
• Maintain productivity to production standards.
• Operate air and power tools as needed.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
• Work with Quality Control to verify product meets specifications.
• Keep tools and supplies organized and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
