Murray Equipment, Inc. is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented entry-level Assembler 1 in our TCS division. This 1st shift production role focuses on assembling components and supporting the paint process to meet production requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates are motivated to learn, mechanically inclined, and able to follow written and verbal instructions. The position emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and the opportunity to develop hands-on skills with basic tools

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior manufacturing/ assembly & industrial painting experience required.
• 2+ years of work with detailed written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assembles parts into completed units following standard procedures.
• Records time and materials used promptly and accurately.
• Maintains a safe and orderly work area.
• Inspects completed work to ensure quality.
• Assists with painting prep and supports paint process.
