Job summary

Ultratec, Inc. is seeking full-time manufacturing production employees for immediate openings at our Madison, WI facility. No experience is required, as training is provided for roles including Assemblers and Machine Operators.

The starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour based on position and shift. The ideal candidates will follow instructions, pay attention to detail, and work reliably in a repetitive environment, ensuring quality and accuracy in production tasks.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training is provided.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Manufacturing or machine experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components using written instructions.
• Operate SMT, Wave, AOI, and coating equipment.
• Perform basic testing and inspection.
• Set up, run, and monitor production jobs.
