Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating manual or automated equipment for parts manufacturing.
• Optimizing cycle times and achieving production goals in a team environment.
• Collaborating with skilled trades and support staff to ensure efficient operations.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in quality, safety, and process.
• Standing for at least 90% of your shift and lifting up to 35 pounds.
