Job summary

Nesco Resource is seeking an Assembly professional for a full-time role in Coudersport, PA. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. The position offers 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday and $15.00 per hour, with overtime opportunities and competitive benefits upon hire.

You will assemble lamps and wire harnesses, perform testing and quality checks, operate hand tools, and rotate between tasks while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Overtime is mandatory on some weeks.

Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing or assembly experience required - training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate visual inspections.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain product quality.
• Comfortable working with hand tools and performing repetitive tasks.
• Ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime and rotate between assignments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble lamps, wires, and wire harnesses while following established work instructions.
• Perform basic assembly, testing, and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Operate equipment and use hand tools to complete a variety of manufacturing tasks.
• Cut, strip, splice, and prepare wires and cables for assembly.
• Perform tasks such as sonic and vibration welding, hand pinning, stud terminating, and molding plugs to wires.
• Rotate between different production assignments as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
