Manpower is seeking an Assembler in Osakis, MN to join our manufacturing team. You will read production orders, assemble components, and ensure quality while maintaining records. The shift is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM, with pay starting at $18+ per hour.

Responsibilities

• Learn to read and understand production orders, including part numbers, quantities, and assembly steps.
• Assemble components according to production orders and instructions, meeting quality standards and following established procedures.
• Operate on basic assembly stations to align, adjust, and secure parts according to specifications.
• Inspect and test assembled units to ensure they meet quality standards; learn to identify defects and repair parts that fail inspection.
• Maintain accurate production records by recording name, time spent on tasks, and noting any defective parts on production orders.
