Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of assembly and test experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, routes and test specifications.
• Proficiency in basic math; effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to train less experienced team members and apply lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test moderate to complex products per specifications.
• Overhaul/repair multiple product families as needed.
• Identify and correct malfunctions from test data.
• Maintain quality, safety and organized workstation practices.
• Support lean initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Comply with calibration schedules and safety rules.
