Job summary

SIG SAUER, Inc. is seeking an entry-levelAssembler to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will receive, assemble, disassemble, rework, and final assembly of various electronic and robotic assemblies and unmanned systems hardware for quality testing.

Roles emphasize on-site attendance, basic reading of instructions in English, and safe use of hand tools. Shifts vary by 8, 10, or 12 hours, with potential overtime based on demand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.
• Typically requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to read and understand work instructions in English.
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Receive and interpret information clearly, accurately, and effectively in team settings.
• Reading drawings is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance/punctuality is a necessary function of this position.
• Assemble components including, but not limited to, slide, frame, configuration modification, and magazine assembly.
• All assembly tasks follow written and verbal instructions.
• Use small hand tools and machinery with safety awareness and dexterity.
• Participates in 5S workplace organization and maintains a clean, organized area.
• May be required to work overtime or alternate shifts based on business needs.
