Job summary

KMW LTD in Lyons, KS is seeking entry-level assemblers for our manufacturing facility. You will perform a variety of assembly tasks including gathering parts, inspecting quality, assembling with hand tools and hoists, testing, and crating for shipping.

Cross-training across assembly positions is offered to advance your career and compensation. The role is full-time, with paid time off and benefits available as described in our onboarding information.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of assembly experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring devices.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends.
• Personal protective equipment provided, safety is a priority.
• HS diploma or GED recommended.

Responsibilities

• Gathers parts required to assemble.
• Inspects parts for paint quality.
• Assembles products using hand tools and overhead hoists.
• Tests or assists in testing operation of the product.
• Crates products and prepares for shipping.
• Other duties as assigned.
