Job summary

KMW in Lyons, KS, seeks energetic assemblers to join our team assembling front-end loaders and backhoes. You will be trained on-site, handling parts prep, boxing, testing, crating, and shipping to support our growing product line.

Gathers parts, inspects paint quality, and uses hand tools and hoists to assemble. Overtime and weekend availability may be required; shift differentials apply for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in an assembly work environment or related field
• Must be able to read and comprehend both oral and written instructions
• Must be able to read blueprints and use measuring devices
• Physical dexterity to assemble parts
• Must own basic assembly tools to complete defined tasks
• Good attendance and safety are a priority
• Must be able to work overtime and have weekend availability
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Teamwork and willingness to work with minimum supervision after training

Personal protective equipment allowance provided by company upon meeting eligibility requirements.Preferred Skills:Prior mechanical assembly experienceAbility to work well under pressure.
