The position requires a high school diploma or GED and up to 1 year of related experience, with responsibilities including maintaining records, tool inventories, and ensuring product quality. Training for crane and forklift may be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Less than 1 year of related industry/manufacturing/production experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to operate small hand and power tools.
• Able to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation to assemble fabricated metal products or electrical equipment.
• Utilize power and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Maintain internal electronic system records.
• Report production concerns and product inconsistencies.
• Inventory tools, parts, and supplies.
• Periodically check/test products per company policy to ensure quality and uniform completion; resolve any identified problems and alert supervisor.
• Successfully obtain and maintain crane and forklift certification in applicable departments.
