Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Entry level: 0–2 years experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and methodical approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Basic understanding of analog circuit design and debugging.
• Basic understanding of system-level architecture.
• Understanding circuit simulation techniques using LTspice.
• Clear and concise communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment including oscilloscope and multimeter.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer technical support and training via email, phone, and on-site visits.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend products, signal chains, and reference designs.
• Support hardware and software platforms and evaluation systems.
• Review designs, diagnose issues, and guide customers to resolution.
• Collaborate with internal hardware/software teams to convey customer needs and suggest product improvements.
• Develop technical content such as application notes and training material.
