Job summary

Allegion seeks an Associate Analytics Engineer to join the Global Data & Analytics Team. This entry‑level role supports embedding analytics into standard work streams under leadership guidance. You will collaborate across the team to design and roll out solutions that enable end users to consume and analyze data at scale.

You will contribute to creating and maintaining analytics assets, including Power BI dashboards, data models, and data transformations, with hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years’ experience in Analytics, BI, or data analysis or related roles.
• Basic experience with Power BI, building datasets/reports and familiarity with DAX functions.
• Working knowledge of T-SQL and data transformations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent coursework/certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing Lakehouse schemas and semantic dataset layers powering core reporting and analytics.
• Build and maintain Spark/SQL data transformations to produce analytics-ready tables.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for self-service analytics and data-driven decisions.
• Create DAX measures and time‑intelligence calculations to support KPIs.
