Job summary

You will collaborate with senior engineers on simulations, proofs of concept, and upgrades, while documenting designs and assisting in service and training activities in a hands-on engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software eng, electrical, robotics or related field.
• Strong foundations in algorithms and data structures.
• Proficient in C++, C#, Python and modern software practices.
• Familiar with OOP and modular software design.
• Experience or exposure to back-end web development or server-side data handling.
• Interest in AI, machine vision, and robotics is a plus.
• On-site work ability and willingness to travel to plants for installation.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test software components for machine vision and automation.
• Configure machine vision applications and integrate with robotic hardware.
• Integrate back-end logic with automation and control systems.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize software runs.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy systems and run simulations.
• Assist in proofs of concept and retrofits of existing installations.
