Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of NEC and basic residential electrical/solar requirements.
• Ability to research and interpret AHJ, utility, permitting, and inspection requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Excel.
• Ability to work with databases and maintain records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements clearly to internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Track and triage AHJ and utility defect tickets across all owners.
• Own the AHJ database: resolve contradictions and keep records current.
• Train field crews and schedulers when requirements change.
• Close the loop between defect tickets and the database for regular audits.
