Consolidated Precision Products is hiring entry-level manufacturing and production roles at CPP Syracuse in Chittenango, NY. Roles offer shift options (1st, 2nd, weekend) and require a willingness to learn with on-the-job training.

Employees will work with automated equipment, perform inspections, and support urethane ceramic molding and casting processes. A sign-on bonus is available and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Forklift license is a plus, not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and comprehend documents and communicate with team.
• Must be reliable and able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, sort, resize, and weigh virgin wax for injection prep.
• Weigh and prepare slurry mixtures for ceramic molds.
• Build and deconstruct crucibles used to melt metals.
• Inspect and prepare molds for poured alloys.
• Operate automation robots to assemble molds and prep for casting.
• Use NDT to X-ray parts for defects.
