Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Printing, collating, scanning, and copying routine office documents.
• Filing and organizing physical document binders and files.
• Shredding paper and breaking down cardboard boxes for recycling.
• Performing routine campus errands and mail/ package pickups.
• Assisting senior staff with basic data entry into standard spreadsheets or forms.
• Completing other general clerical and office support tasks as assigned.
