Job summary

This role involves reviewing financial transactions, reconciling AR and AP, bank reconciliations, and ensuring GAAP compliance while handling confidential information across departments and contacts within the organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience preferred but not required.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow a predetermined schedule and meet calendar commitments.
• Strong basic math and data entry accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Preparing data entries for journal entries in our Data Management Systems, Microsoft Office Products, or other systems.
• Analyzing financial reports and records, and performing variance analyses and/or account reconciliations.
• Working with all departments within the dealership to ensure compliance with accounts payable practices and policies.
