First Roles is seeking an entry-level Staff Accountant I (Fund Accounting) to join our hybrid team in the Philadelphia area. You will support investment funds and institutional clients, maintaining cash transactions and GLs, preparing quarterly statements, and handling inquiries with accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, 0+ years of experience (new grads welcome), and strong Microsoft Office skills.
