Job summary

Pop-Up Talent is seeking a Staff Accountant I (Fund Accounting) to join a growing financial services team. This hybrid role supports investment funds and institutional clients from multiple locations, including Philadelphia, OH, and NY.

You will maintain daily cash transactions, prepare quarterly statements, and collaborate with internal teams while leveraging strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field with at least two accounting courses completed.
• 0+ years of experience; new grads welcome.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Professional written and verbal communication; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
