Full-Time | Entry-Level

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Accountant to join our growing team! If you're looking to kickstart your career in accounting and already have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end close
• Generate financial reports and summaries
• Help prepare tax filings and other compliance documents
• Support senior accounting staff with day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience using QuickBooks
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP is a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Experience with invoicing
• Previous experience in a small business or startup setting
