Responsibilities

• Perform bank and account reconciliations for financial accuracy.
• Assist with journal entries, month-end close, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support budgeting, financial reporting, and data analysis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Work with the accounting team on day-to-day operations and special projects.
• Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for accounting processes.

Location: Clark, NJ, 07066 (Parking Available)

Temp Pay Rate: $25/hr - $28/hr

Salary upon conversion: $60,000/year

Schedule: Fully onsite, Monday–Friday, with flexible start times of 8:00 AM, 8:30 AM, or 9:00 AM
