Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, preferred
• Less than 1 year of experience in ABF Coding processes, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assign or verify the correct AIMS account number to all parties of a shipment.
• Apply all Account Verification rules and customer exceptions from the guide.
• Research and verify customer information, including name, address, city, state, and zip codes.
• Verify freight bill origin and destination routings.
• Research and verify potential applications for accessorial bill codes and apply accordingly.
• Update AV Bill Code Maintenance system results when time permits.
• Audit specific accounts for accuracy.
• Promote automation opportunities to the manager.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
