Drive IT in New York City is seeking entry-level candidates with long-term potential to grow into team managers within one year in a fast-paced, competitive environment in the heart of Manhattan.

The role offers floor salary plus performance-based bonuses averaging $800-$1200 per week, paid full-time training, and extra benefits (Health Insurance, Wellness Benefits, PTO) starting after 90 days, with business trips to leadership conferences across national and international offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree is preferred.
• Background in leadership, management and excelling on a competitive environment. Athletes encouraged.
• Strong team player with experience working on teams.
• Excited to take on challenges, proactive on skill development and ambitious to learn and grow.
• Experience with speaking in front of an audience and presenting driven results in front of stakeholders.
• Ability to self-manage, conduct market research on behalf of our clients and recommend new revenue opportunities to the management team.

We recently partnered with two new clients on our NYC location and are looking to build 2/3 teams around top performers. While hiring for entry-level, we are looking for a candidate with long-term potential, as well as leadership and managerial background. Our goal is to train the selected individuals from an entry-level to a team manager position in a year, growing on a fast-paced, competitive environment in the heart of Manhattan.
