Action Behavior Centers is seeking dedicated individuals to support children with autism by implementing treatment plans, supervising interactive therapy, and helping kids build communication and social skills. The role offers predictable daytime hours, full-time employment, and the chance to advance to BCBA roles with ongoing training.

Starting pay varies by education level; Bachelor’s $21–$27.25/hour and Master’s $22–$28/hour, with certifications funded by ABC.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required; must provide proof during hiring.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to work with young children in therapy settings.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities.
• Stay active during therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team.
• Observe a Behavior Technician at work.
