Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring full-time Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through play and hands-on activities.

The role offers stable daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with optional Saturdays based on patient needs, and paid RBT certification with support toward licensure and growth within ABC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform active tasks with young children.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy.
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
• Help children learn through play, movement, reading, games and hands-on activities.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions and maintain a safe environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed.
