Action Behavior Centers in Saint John, IN is seeking a full-time Behavior Technician to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow personalized treatment plans, collect session data, and help kids learn through engaging activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree, 18+ years old, and willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days. Training is provided; opportunities for growth exist within ABC clinics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; proof of degree (diploma or official transcript) must be provided.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed.
