Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians or experienced RBTs for our Plano clinic to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll work 1:1 under BCBA supervision with paid training and a clear growth path.

Center hours are 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time is preferred; part-time requires availability within these hours and at least 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
