Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking individuals to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism in home or community settings. Paid training is provided, with no prior experience required, making it an accessible entry point into psychology.

Positions start part-time and involve collaborating with families and the clinical team, recording data, and supporting independence and positive behavior. 40-hour RBT course is required, with a minimum 6-month commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA sessions to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Work as part of the clinical team to implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to improve treatment effectiveness.
