Job summary

Heartland ABA in Harlan, IA is seeking an entry-level Child Autism Support Professional to join our clinical team and help children achieve their goals.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, record session data, and support families with evidence-based interventions. Paid training is provided, and RBT certification is required before working.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• RBT certification is required before working.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Willing to make a 6-month commitment to the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a key member of the clinical team and directly implement skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.
