Job summary

ABA360 is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community locations, with after-school hours and optional weekend shifts. You will work under the clinical team to implement skill-building plans and record data, helping children with Autism achieve meaningful independence.

No prior experience is required, and BK Academy training opportunities are available to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician certification, with tuition discounts and career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation is required to visit clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Be an integral part of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and communicate with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
