Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in New Jersey is seeking motivated individuals to join our ABA360 team as Behavior Technicians. This entry-level role offers flexible after-school hours and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with children who have Autism, delivering evidence-based interventions under supervision.

No prior experience is required, and we provide training paths including the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course through BK Academy, plus tuition discounts with partner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations are essential.
• Reliable transportation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team and support skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build rapport with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
