Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE is seeking an entry-level Behavior Technician to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism in center and in-home settings. The role includes data collection, assisting with treatment plans, and ensuring high-quality care under supervision.

The position offers full-time and part-time options, paid training and certifications (RBT, Safety Care, CPR), and immediate pay access. Travel between environments and occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED and preferred higher education in related fields.
• Interest in ABA and willingness to learn about autism supports a strong candidacy.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, maintain data and protect client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 or small group therapy under supervision.
• Maintain targeted caseload hours of therapy per week.
• Collect data on client performance and maintain accurate records.
• Implement treatment plans across multiple environments including center, home and community.
• Travel to home or community settings may be required.
• Uphold BYS core principles, policies, and procedures.
