BY YOUR SIDE seeks a Behavior Technician to provide ABA therapy for children and young adults in center, home, and community settings. You will implement skill acquisition programs and collect data under clinical supervision, helping clients reach goals.

Evening, weekend hours and travel may be required. Training and certifications are provided, including RBT and CPR. This entry-level role offers growth and comprehensive benefits in a supportive team environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework in psychology or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field is preferred.
• Interest in ABA and working with children with autism is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 or small group ABA therapy under supervision.
• Maintain targeted weekly therapy caseload and collect data.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
• Implement treatment plans across centers, homes, and communities.
• Assist with assessments and ensure accurate session documentation.
• Travel to client homes or community settings may be required.
• Engage in training and staff meetings to improve service quality.
