Job summary

Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our Spokane team. The role involves one-on-one ABA-based therapy with children in their homes, under BCBA supervision, to improve communication, social, and daily living skills.

Group home setting experience preferred; after-school hours and some Saturdays. Background check required and training/certification provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1:1 behavioral support and ABA-based interventions for school-aged learners.
• Interest or experience with CBT/RBT is a plus; willingness to train and certification can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral support and ABA-based interventions for school aged learners (Ages 4-18).
• Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect and document behavioral data and client progress.
• Support positive behavior and skill development.
• Work collaboratively with BCBAs and care team.
• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients.
