Job summary

Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to work in Spokane, WA. You will deliver ABA therapy in homes, under BCBA supervision, and collect progress data to support each child's development.

The role is part-time with evening hours after school, offering mileage reimbursement and opportunities for practicum hours with a doctorate-level BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• In-Home experience preferred.
• Active CPR certification (Preferred).
• CBT Certification (RBT is a plus!)

About The Role

Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to join our team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

What You'll Do

• Deliver in-person ABA therapy in a child's home
• Follow behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
• Participate in supervision sessions with a BCBAAttend required team meetings and training sessions

What We Offer

• Competitive hourly pay: $19.00-$25.00/hour
• Supervised Practicum hours and 1:1 mentorship available for student analysts, provided by a doctorate-level BCBA.

What You'll Need

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable engaging in play and physical activity with children
