Job summary

Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a Behavior Technician to support children in a Spokane group home, delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will work one-on-one with clients ages 4-18, helping them build communication, social, and daily living skills, while collecting data and collaborating with BCBAs.

Group home shifts after school and some Saturdays; background check required; compensation $19-$21 per hour.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, and able to work with children with developmental disabilities.

About The Role

Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children in their homes, using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a meaningful impact on their development and daily life.

Join the Sentinel Neurobehavioral Care & Solutions, a Finni Health company team by providing meaningful behavioral support to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. In this role, you will work directly with clients in their group home environment, helping them build communication, social, daily living, and independence skills while implementing individualized ABA strategies under the guidance of a BCBA.

What You’ll Do
